Role Summary

• You will take on administrative tasks (e.g. coordinating appointments, processing customer inquiries) in various areas
• You will work on customer order processing and planning as well as the coordination of transports
• You process complaints, returns and credit notes
• You create and analyze specific evaluations and key figures
• Regular communication with suppliers, production, purchasing and other interfaces is part of your training

Requirements

• You attend the OS or have a school leaving certificate at level I
• You enjoy organization and written fluency
• You are characterized by a team player, sociable and reliable personality with quick comprehension and customer-oriented thinking
• You have very good ability to express yourself in German and a good knowledge of English
