WHAT WILL YOUR TRAINING CONSIST OF

1st year of training

You participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all the apprentices in Switzerland.

You discover the routines in the subsidiary.

You benefit from support to shine at vocational school and in interviews with clients.

2nd year of training

You take responsibility for certain tasks in the subsidiary.

With the help of your trainer, you become a sales professional.

You are trained in ordering goods and inventory management, and you help in setting up seasonal actions and investments.

3rd year of training

You prepare specifically for your final exam during a two-day seminar, in order to pass it with flying colors.

You gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a true leader.

You take a central role in the subsidiary and already assume responsibility for your own department

You have completed your compulsory education
