Responsibilities

WHAT YOUR TRAINING WILL BE ABOUT

1st year of training

You will take part in our two-day Welcome Day with all learners from Switzerland.

You get to know the routines in the branch

You will be supported to shine at vocational school and in sales discussions with customers.

• 2nd year of training
• You will be given responsibility for certain tasks in the branch
• With the support of your professional trainer, you will become a sales professional

You will be trained in ordering goods and warehouse management and will help with promotions and seasonal placements.

3rd year of training

• You will be specifically prepared for your final exam in a two-day seminar so that you can pass it with flying colors.
• You will gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a real leader.
• In your third year of training, you will take on a central role in the branch and can already take responsibility for your own department.

• In the 1st year of training: 1,000 CHF
• In the 2nd year of training: 1,200 CHF
• In the 3rd year of training: 1,500 CHF
