Application integration manager (Pléiade Product)

Role Summary

Scope

The Application Integration Manager (Pléiade Product) is attached to the SHRS Cloud Production Operations Department, and specifically to the RUN division.

Reporting to the head of the RUN division, he manages the teams responsible for the integration of application solutions (PLEIADE).

The manager will have the following missions

• Technical installations and product settings
• Writing the documentation
• Production launches
• Monitoring the team's collective and individual objectives
• Setting half-yearly/annual objectives and evaluating employees
• Development of employee skills
• Planning technical training and Soft Skills
• The increase in skills of the team and new recruits
• Management of employees' career plans: internal mobility, promotions, career paths
• Activity reporting
• Monitoring performance indicators and identifying points of vigilance
• Be responsible for operational monitoring and delivery quality

Requirements

Graduate of an engineering school or a technical university course, you have at least 8 years in IS and at least 5 years in IT production:

• Profile focused on approach, efficiency capable of setting up a framework (KPI, objectives, roadmap) to follow it and have it respected by the teams.
• Commitment, initiative, organization, methodology and conflict management.
• Effective management of escalations.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• ITIL, Linux Redhat, SQL and other certifications will be assets.
