Role Summary

We are looking for you as a pharmacist - ideally full-time - for our pharmaceutical departments at our central location in Sevenum near Venlo (Netherlands), right on the border with North Rhine-Westphalia. In an international and dynamic pharmacy environment, you have the opportunity to actively participate and grow together with us. When you join us, you will receive a starting bonus of €3,000. If a move is necessary, we will provide you with additional financial support.

You will get involved directly in day-to-day operational business and can take on more technical and/or other responsibilities step by step. Requirements

About your tasks

• You are the contact person/expert for pharmaceutical matters in your area of operation.
• Your role includes support in the areas of Pharma Service or Pharma Process, where you are jointly responsible for careful interaction advice and/or monitoring of our patients' prescription value chain.
• The compilation of specialist medical information on new medicines, both over the counter and with a prescription, is in your hands.
• You play a crucial role in increasing customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent and pharmaceutically competent customer communication. You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination (stakeholder management).
• Your tasks also include the development and implementation of pharmaceutical training courses on various indications and specialist areas, including dosage forms, application technologies and basics of pharmacology.

About you

• You are a licensed pharmacist with a German and/or Dutch license.
• Ideally, you have experience in the technical management of pharmaceutical teams and have a high level of responsibility and social skills.
• In addition to fluent German and good English skills, Dutch would be a bonus.
• You work proactively, think in a process- and solution-oriented manner and ideally have knowledge of scientific work.
• You have an affinity for digital applications and services.

The stated salary range is based on the Dutch compensation structures and is part of an attractive overall package including additional benefits.
