Role Summary

We are looking for an API and Integration Solution Architect to join our EPAM team. In this role, you will provide technical thought leadership and translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.

Our API and Integration (APIN) practice helps clients overcome complex integration and API enablement challenges. APIN Practice specialists have substantial experience in creating and governing decoupled, reusable, and highly scalable API and Integration solutions.

This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Technologies - JEE and Webservices

Responsibilities - Formulate delivery and organizational approaches

  • Participate in digital strategy building
  • Coach new team members and developers
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into MuleSoft-based architecture
  • Oversee technical teams in the design and build process across the delivery lifecycle
  • Help to expand APIN practice community

Requirements - 7+ years of experience in Software Development

  • 3+ years of expertise in implementing complex integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Novice knowledge of API & Integration standards, best practices, and design patterns
  • Competency in specification standards like OAS or RAML
  • Understanding of Microservices Architecture
  • Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL), Agile Methodology
  • English level - Upper-intermediate and higher

Nice to have - Willingness to learn new approaches and technologies

  • Ability to interpret findings and communicate key insights effectively
