Role Summary

• After successful training, the recycling plant operator (m/f/d) is responsible for:
• Setting up, operating and monitoring the two recycling systems
• Independently rectify faults and initiate immediate measures
• Implementation of order planning on time and in accordance with quality
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work
• Confirm quantities (SAP)
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the facility area
• Training and instruction of new employees

Requirements

• Willingness to work in 2 to 4 shifts
• Strong safety and environmental awareness
• Good technical understanding
• Professional experience in a craft environment
• Precise, independent and reliable way of working
• High flexibility and resilience
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B1)
• Work on facilities with increased noise levels – hearing protection is mandatory
