Beveiliger bij warenhuis TK Maxx

TK Maxx is een warenhuis met een continu wisselend aanbod van de mooiste kleding, beautyproducten, woonaccessoires, sieraden en unieke cadeaus van grote merken voor kleine prijzen. Wat ga je doen?

Terwijl onze klanten het ene na het andere pareltje ontdekken in onze schatkamer, zorg jij als beveiliger voor een veilige omgeving. Samen met het winkelmanagement probeer je risico's op de winkelvloer te voorkomen en onveilige situaties effectief op te lossen. Met jouw sociale skills, oplettendheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel weet je de veiligheid van onze klanten en collega's te waarborgen en ongewenst gedrag tot een minimum te beperken.

Heb jij een MBO beveiligingsdiploma op niveau 2, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ben je flexibel inzetbaar? Lees dan snel verder!

Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit?

• Je voert regelmatig controles en surveillances uit
• Je grijpt in bij veiligheidsincidenten
• Je bent het visitekaartje voor de winkel en dankzij jouw vriendelijke houding durven klanten jou makkelijk aan te spreken
• Je communiceert over ongewenst gedrag (verwijderde beveiligingstags, lege verpakkingen etc.)
• Je handhaaft winkelontzeggingen bij de deur
• Je assisteert bij aanhoudingen

Wat bieden wij jou?

• Een uitdagende beveiligingsfunctie in een dynamische retailomgeving waarin je elke dag omringd bent met de leukste collega's, topmerken en een flinke dosis shopgeluk
• Een uurloon excl. vakantiegeld en toeslagen
• Een jaarcontract van 38 uur met mogelijkheid tot verlenging
• 24 vakantiedagen (bij fulltime dienstverband)
• Reiskostenvergoeding (als je meer dan 10 km van de winkel woont), 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenregeling
