8–10+ years of experience in anesthesia and perioperative clinical workflows.

Nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) preferred.

Strong knowledge of pre-op, intra-op, PACU/recovery, anesthesia documentation, patient monitoring, and surgical workflows.

Experience working with anesthesiologists, surgeons, OT/OR teams, PACU nurses, and hospital administrators.

Familiarity with EHR/EMR/HIS systems (Epic, Cerner, or Indian hospital systems) is preferred.

Ability to communicate clinical workflows effectively with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide product teams on anesthesia, OT/OR, perioperative, and PACU workflows.
• Validate product features, reports, and analytics for clinical accuracy and usability.
• Identify workflow gaps, documentation issues, and operational challenges.
• Recommend improvements to support anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgical teams.
• Review product designs from an anesthesia clinical workflow perspective.
