Analytical Service Manager (ASM)

Role Summary

The Analytical Service Manager (ASM) is the customer's main point of contact regarding the laboratory. You will be responsible for validating analytical reports, ensuring that results are reported correctly and on time as well as sharing technical and regulatory information with clients. Provide support to the sales team in the commercial process when necessary.

Main functions and powers

Daily control of pending activities to ensure compliance with deadlines.

Generation and review of report content according to specific client requirements.

Validation and sending of reports.

Efficient processing and management of complaints received from clients.

Collaboration with the Customer Service and Business Analyst departments for the internal configuration of the LIMS system according to the client's needs.

Preparation of continuous improvement proposals to optimize existing processes and systems.

It will be valued

Knowledge of the PN-EN ISO 17025:2018 standard,

Experience working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and CRM (Customer Relations Management) systems.

Knowledge of other languages such as German, French or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business meetings and negotiations with prospects or clients.
• Support the sales team in the preparation of technical proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities and retention strategies with existing clients.
• Technically validate quotes and configure account and order preferences.
• Interpret and validate analytical reports and invoices.
• Respond to technical and regulatory queries.
• Coordinate internal technical services aimed at clients.

Requirements

Requirements for the position

• Minimum two years of work experience in a laboratory as a technician/assistant or in the laboratory's internal customer service department.
• Specific higher education (food technology, chemical technology, chemistry, biotechnology, environmental protection).
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level (C1).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• High level of communication in different languages.
• Good work organization, ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Ability to work under pressure,
