Your mission as a Full Infra Analyst Person will be:
Ensure the availability, security, stability and efficiency of cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments, working to support, automate and continuously improve IT infrastructure.
Manage, monitor and optimize environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability and better cost-benefit.
Manage and support Kubernetes (K8S) clusters, including deployments, namespaces, policies, ingress, autoscaling, troubleshooting and administration of containerized workloads.
Manage Linux and Windows Servers, performing configurations, updates, hardening, troubleshooting and access management.
Operate, manage and support VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter and ESXi), including provisioning, maintenance and optimization of virtual machines.
Implement, maintain and automate infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Work on automating operational routines and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub and GitLab.
Implement and monitor observability solutions with Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring visibility of infrastructure, applications, events and costs.
Support environment migration and modernization projects, including on-premises migrations to the cloud and between cloud providers.
Work on backup, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity and high availability strategies.
Identify opportunities to optimize resources, performance and reduce costs in cloud environments.
Ensure compliance with information security, governance and regulatory compliance policies.
Manage cloud networks and hybrid connectivity, including VPCs, VPNs, load balancers, DNS and integration between environments.
Work on the analysis and resolution of critical incidents, infrastructure problems and advanced troubleshooting.
Work collaboratively with development, security, architecture and operations teams in the continuous evolution of environments.
Document infrastructure procedures, architectures, technical standards and operational processes.
Requirements
To do this, we hope you have
- Completed or ongoing training in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas.
- Experience with administration and support of cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and knowledge of AWS and Azure.
- Advanced experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management, deployments, Helm, autoscaling, ingress and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Advanced Linux systems administration and experience with Windows Server.
- Experience in VMware virtualized environments.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Work with automation and continuous integration using GitHub, GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge and application of DevOps practices in complex environments.
- Experience with observability and monitoring using Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana.
- Knowledge of cloud networks, including VPC, VPN, load balancers, DNS and hybrid connectivity.
- Knowledge of cloud security, access management (IAM/RBAC), encryption and good compliance practices.
- Analytical ability, organization, proactivity and focus on problem solving.
- Certifications in GCP, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes or DevOps;
- Previous experience in Health Techs or regulated environments (LGPD, HIPAA, SOC, etc.);
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.);
Knowledge of Cloud Security and FinOps practices.
