Role Summary

Ensure that information involving the company's finances is integrated.

Verify the accounting accounts compared to the financial reports presented.

Organize and consolidate the budgets necessary for the correct financial planning of the area.

Control CAPEX projects in the area and evaluate progress monthly.

Ensure the correct application of the financial manual, corporate policies and official laws or statutes that apply to the financial area and/or the company's figures.

Perform cost and expense analysis of the designated area or divisions and generate recommendations to be implemented.

Guarantee compliance with the established times for the analysis and delivery of information at the local and corporate level.

Analyze and report all financial information of the designated area or areas.

Generate timely information about processes or situations that are not within the company's guidelines, standards, regulations and that put the integrity of figures, the company's assets or the financial result at risk.

Guarantee the reliability of the reports transmitted to management.

Control and monitor the risks that may arise in the organization and that may impact the results, cash flow or assets of the company and report it to your immediate boss when necessary.

OPEX validation generating a monthly report that compares expenses with the previous year, the Forecast and the actual month, explaining any deviation. If expenses are below the Forecast.

Ensure the correct use of distribution tables, validating that the appropriate percentage assignments are applied to each cost center.

Prepare distribution tables based on M2 and FTE. In the event that a particular expense cannot be distributed using the general tables, a specific table must be created following the instructions of the immediate supervisor.

Monitoring of contracts related to rental expenses, vehicles, policies, security, general services, public services, leasing, cameras and transportation, applicable for both Colombia and the CAM region. Monthly meeting with people who have contracts in the ADM area, in order to update this database.

Validate national information for the preparation of CR with a national stationery and cleaning supplier.

Distribute policy collections to each sector.

Review inventory of cleaning items and supplies. Preparation of CR and entry guide.

The other functions assigned to the immediate boss.

Requirements

  • Academic training: Administrator, Accountant, International Business Administration, and/or similar
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, treasury, billing, administrative or financial areas of cost control and financial planning.
  • Technical knowledge: Basic finances Costs, Budgets, Accounting, Excel.
  • Note 1: Regarding technical knowledge, if you do not comply with all of it, the company will ensure compliance and monitoring through inclusion in the training/training program.
