Analist (analyzers)

Role Summary

This varied position will be fulfilled in a day shift, starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM and often finishing between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. You will work within the inorganic department where environmental analyzes are carried out on water and soil samples.

What are you going to do?

You carry out actions for the pre-treatment of sample material and you carry out analysis work on, among other things, Ion Chromatographs, discrete analyzers and flow analyzers. This includes:

• Using various equipment, apply different techniques so that the samples are pre-treated and can be measured;
• Handle the resources used responsibly, in such a way that: your own safety and that of others in the laboratory are taken into account;
• Ensure that the equipment is used correctly and problem situations are presented to your manager;

Timely identification of maintenance needs for measuring equipment.

Together with your colleagues, ensure that the production of samples is carried out with good quality and that the analyzes can continue to run smoothly;

Work with your colleagues to ensure that the results are reported on time.

Requirements

• A completed MLO/HLO in analytical and/or physical chemistry;
• The ability to work accurately for a longer period of time;
• An eye for efficiency improvements;
• A critical attitude towards one's own work;
• Flexibility, an eye for detail, you are meticulous in registering data and production-oriented;
