ALT - Charge HSE H/F

Role Summary

As part of a 24-month work-study program as an HSE Manager, you will participate in guaranteeing the health and safety of employees at the Saint-Etienne-Du-Rouvray site, in support of the HSE Manager of the Health science business.

Profile sought

In bac +5 training with a diploma linked to the HSE or an engineering school with a specialization in chemical risks. Knowledge of a control or pharmaceutical laboratory under regulatory requirements is a plus.

Intermediate professional English.

You are autonomous, rigorous, reliable and organized. You are comfortable speaking and enjoy going out into the field, working closely with our colleagues.

Responsibilities

Your main missions will be

• Ensure the communication of various HSE messages (safety displays, talks, requests from head office) via the facilitation of talks and safety talks
• Carry out and monitor information feedback to the HSE manager and incident processing (field surveys, areas for improvement, reporting of dangerous situations)
• Participate in maintaining the documentary system related to Safety (procedures, instructions, job descriptions, postings, DUERP)
• Consolidate the HSE action plan following the risk analysis linked to the update of the Single Document.
• Participate in the analysis of chemical risks carried out on the site.
