What are you going to do?

You ensure that the machine parks are running. If a malfunction occurs, you are immediately there and resolve it as quickly as possible. As a mechanic E, you are involved in both electrical and mechanical work, which involves various hydraulic and pneumatic power transmissions and control. Together with your team you maintain the entire machine park at the Dordrecht branch. Dismantling, repairing, overhauling and assembling and converting existing machines and equipment are part of the daily work.

As a mechanic you are used to making new equipment, machine parts and sheet metal based on drawings, sketches and instructions. In addition, you understand that a clean workplace, machines, installations, equipment and tools are conducive to the work. We keep track of the work in a maintenance system to maintain an overview, which gives you the opportunity to share your own insights into its design. As a mechanic, you understand that working in accordance with the operating and safety regulations is number one and you wear the appropriate protective equipment.

You are/you have

1. Independent, proactive and enthusiastic about the profession;
2. Can be used all-round for electrical work;
3. An enthusiastic specialist in possession of a specialist MBO education;
4. Familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC control technology;
5. Experience with welding (Mig/Mag, electric);
6. Several years of work experience as an all-round mechanic in a production environment;
7. Willing to work in 2 shifts.
