AI Solutions Engineer (m/w/d)

Role Summary

We are an AI management consultancy with our own AI consulting and AI products. For our technical team we are looking for a hands-on generalist who combines software development, operations and infrastructure and has a great interest in AI, AI agents and modern language systems.

Responsibilities

• You develop and operate AI applications and AI agents.
• You develop backends with Python and implement or integrate web frontends.
• You design and develop technical software architectures
• You integrate databases and data storage into our applications.
• You build local AI infrastructures and optimize their operations.
• You conduct performance, load and stress tests for CPU, GPU, RAM, VRAM, latency, throughput and parallel users.
• You optimize systems in terms of performance, stability and efficiency.
• You take security, data protection and secret management into account during architecture and implementation.
• You develop applications around language and conversation.

Requirements

• You have a sound IT or technical background.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• You have very good knowledge of Python.
• You're safe with Docker, Git, Linux, Terminal and SSH
• You have experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and vector databases.
• You have a solid understanding of software, system and data architectures.
• You bring a strong interest in AI, AI agents and local AI
• You speak and write German at a native speaker level (at least C1)

Nice to have

• You have a basic understanding of IT security, authentication, secrets and data protection.
• You understand technical infrastructure such as CPU, GPU, CUDA, RAM and VRAM.
• You can systematically analyze technical bottlenecks and specifically optimize systems.
• Ideally, you already have experience with Claude Code, Cursor or OpenAI Codex.
