Role Summary

You explain to our customers what is possible with AI and GenAI - from LLMs to conversational AI to agentic AI

You conduct workshops with customers and end users, collect and structure their requirements for AI and translate these into implementable measures and backlogs, for example in the form of user stories

In addition, you will evaluate current AI technologies and platforms, test solution concepts and ensure compliance with standards and best practices

You keep an eye on the needs of all relevant stakeholders and promote regular professional exchange and the development of a network

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics or a similar field of study
  • Several years of experience in gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders and creating use cases, including transferring complex requirements into technical concepts

Sound technical know-how and practical experience in modern AI technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models, Conversational AI, Agentic AI as well as in image, document or text processing, supplemented by knowledge of relevant platforms and tools such as Python, Docker, common frameworks and cloud providers

  • Experience in building and managing AI networks
  • Knowledge of data protection, IT security or the AI Act is a plus
  • Professional experience with the public sector is also an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German (min. C1 level) and good knowledge of English round off your profile
