AI Project Coordinator - Fully Remote | Upto $70/hr

• Position: Project Coordinator - AI & Data Projects
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $45–$70/hour
• Location: Remote
• Role Responsibilities

Act as a day-to-day point of contact for AI data projects . Ensure workflows and operations run smoothly.

Collaborate with program leads and domain experts. Translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines for expert teams.

Onboard and support new experts as the program expands.

Participate in weekly business reviews. Organize notes and action items. Lead calls when necessary.

Identify quality issues. Analyze root causes and share findings across teams.

Contribute to creating and refining project guidelines with research and product partners.

Flag potential roadblocks early and assist in resolving them.

Track project deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel .

Stay flexible and adapt as project needs evolve.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA .
• 3+ years in project coordination or project management.
• Experience coordinating large, cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data projects.
• Strong data management experience ( Excel , SQL ).
• Working knowledge of coding.
• Prior people management experience or ability to lead large groups effectively.

Preferred

• STEM background strongly preferred.
• Prior project coordination on AI/data programs at organizations like Meta, TikTok, or Amazon.
• Experience on Mercor projects or other AI training projects.
