AI Architect - Financial Services - Ile-De-France

Role Summary

In a context of rapid industrialization of AI (GenAI, business co-pilots, embedded AI in IS), Le Vertical Financial Services is strengthening its teams and recruiting an AI / GenAI Solution Architect.

You work on the entire AI value chain from strategic framing to scaling & scaling up

Define solutions integrating

• LLM / GenAI (GPT, Claude, Mistral, Llama…)
• RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), vector DB
• AI agents / multi-agents (orchestration, tool usage)
• Model architectures
• AI advice & strategy
• Identify and prioritize use cases with high ROI (co-pilots, automation, knowledge management, etc.)

Support customers on

• The strategy around the implementation of AI solutions as well as the roadmap
• Establish governance and responsibilities
• Challenge solutions (build vs buy, open-source vs SaaS, sovereignty)
• Industrialization & Delivery
• Set up MLOps / LLMOps / AIOps pipelines
• Design secure architectures: prompt management, guardrails, monitoring
• Integrate AI into existing IS (APIs, middleware, ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Manage technological choices and ensure robustness (performance, costs, scalability)
• Internal contribution
• Structuring GenAI & AI transformation offers
• Definition of reusable architectural patterns
• Contribution to internal assets (accelerators, frameworks)
• Animation of the Technical community around AI subjects
• Technology & innovation stack
• GenAI & LLM
• Anthropic, Mistral AI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Hugging Face
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel
• Fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG pipelines
• Platforms & Data

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience (architecture, data or cloud)
• Concrete experience on AI / data / GenAI projects
