Responsibilities

What will your responsibilities be?

Lead agronomic research, innovation and product development initiatives, focusing on the creation and validation of new technologies for plant nutrition, including fertilizers, biostimulants and solutions to increase productivity and agricultural sustainability. Act at all stages of the product development cycle, from conception and technical evaluation to agronomic validation and launch support. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with researchers, consultants and reference institutions in Soil Fertility, Plant Nutrition and Plant Physiology, in addition to providing technical and scientific support to internal teams.

• Plan, develop and implement agronomic research programs, including defining experimental protocols, selecting and managing research partners, monitoring the execution of trials and ensuring the quality of the data generated.
• Manage all stages of research projects, from installing and conducting experiments to statistical analysis of results, preparing technical reports and communicating key insights to local and global R&D teams.
• Lead innovation and development projects for new products, validating their agronomic performance and contributing to the expansion and optimization of the company's portfolio.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with professors, researchers, consultants and research institutions, promoting technical collaboration and generation of knowledge to support business growth strategies.
• Generate, consolidate and disseminate technical information through reports, publications and technical materials, supporting the areas of Research & Development, Market Development, Marketing and Commercial.

• Review and validate technical content, scientific publications and institutional materials related to the company's technologies and positions.
• Represent the company at technical events, keeping up to date with market trends, scientific advances and innovations in the agricultural sector.

Requirements

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering.
• Master's and Doctorate in Plant Nutrition, Soil Fertility and Plant Physiology.
• Solid experience in agronomic research, product development and validation, experimental design and statistical data analysis (preferably R language).
• Experience in preparing technical reports and managing research and development projects.
• Advanced English, with ability to communicate effectively in meetings and presentations to global teams.
• Availability for frequent travel.
