Agricultural and petroleum products inspector M/F

Role Summary

Our subsidiary, SGS Réunion, is looking for an M/F Inspector for its PORT agency.

Reporting to the Agency Manager, you inspect the cargoes of ships carrying petroleum products, chemicals, cement, coal, agricultural products and fishing products and other materials during loading and unloading to certify their compliance with specifications and standards. You also carry out control measurements and sampling in oil depots, various storage areas and factories.

You carry out inspections and carry out checks.

You take samples and prepare samples, ensuring their traceability

You follow up on ship arrivals.

You carry out your missions in compliance with work procedures, control and quality, health, safety and environmental rules.

You record the results of the checks and complete the monitoring materials.

You speak English.
