We are over 250 developers, designers and project managers who work closely with both each other and our customers. Now we are looking for a person who can help lift our Agentic Automation Team in Oslo up another notch!

Requirements

💡 Must requirements

• You preferably have experience in RPA, automation or similar.
• You are familiar with one or more of: UiPath, Copilot Studio, Power Automate or Python-based automation.
• You understand process analysis and process design and can identify which processes are suitable for automation.
• You have worked as a consultant in the past, or think you would enjoy meeting and advising clients.
• You speak and write Norwegian fluently.
• Extra fun if you can show experience with Azure AI integrations, process optimization or perhaps also user adoption of AI. Applicants based in Stavanger or Trondheim are also encouraged to apply.

Or are you someone who is passionate about the latest AI agents and wants to build solutions that actually think for themselves? We are looking for you who will help lift our customers' digital maturity, from simple RPA bots to advanced, agent-based workflows.

Whether you enjoy workshops with the business side, configuring Power Automate flows, building UiPath Agents or exploring the possibilities with Copilot Studio, we hope you apply!
