ADV Officer

Role Summary

In this position, your main missions will be as follows:

• Ensure the receipt and verification of orders from professional customers.
• Enter orders in the internal system (ERP / business tool).
• Guarantee the consistency of information: references, quantities, commercial conditions, deadlines.
• Carry out invoicing and monitor customer outstandings.
• Launch vehicle orders in accordance with the specifications requested by the customer.
• Track the status of orders from the initial request until receipt of the vehicle.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, sales) to guarantee optimal execution.
• Inform customers of possible deadlines, modifications or delays.
• Be the preferred contact for professional customers for any questions related to orders.
• Ensure clear and professional communication, in French, both orally and in writing.
• Identify and report blocking points to management.
• Monitor ADV indicators: orders in progress, deliveries, invoicing, anomalies.
• Produce regular reports providing precise visibility on the status of orders and outstandings.
• Take a step back to identify areas for improvement in the ADV process.
• Propose optimizations in order processing and inter-team communication.
• Contribute to improving the customer experience through a global vision of the order life cycle.

Requirements

• Diploma: Bac+5 in management, economics, finance
• Experience: Junior

• Knowledge of the order process from customer request to receipt of the vehicle
• French & English spoken and written
• Gaining height/stepping back
• ADV Knowledge
• Automotive knowledge
