Responsibilities

A selection of your tasks

• Collections from customers of chemical waste in accordance with applicable legislation;
• Labeling the waste according to ADR and Vlarem legislation;
• Removal of large homogeneous batches from the Environmental Center to final processors;
• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Transports throughout Belgium, occasionally the Netherlands;

In the long term, be trained to be involved in the intervention team as a driver-operator.

Requirements

You have a European C(E) driving license. (medical selection is stated on the driver's license, professional competence); an ADR certificate is of course a plus;

• Experience in transport is a requirement;
• You can load a covered wagon with a transpallet yourself; being able to unload and load with a truck crane is a plus;
• You can make a correct estimate of the loading capacity of the truck;
• You are hands-on as we still have a lot of preparation for the batches to be loaded by our customers;
• You are punctual towards legislation and documents;
• You are a mature, reliable and stress-resistant person who works problem-solving and independently;

You preferably live in the Waasland area.
