Accounts receivable management clerk (m/f/d) at Securitas in Düsseldorf, NRW, Germany.

Role Summary

• Recording and posting of incoming and outgoing payments
• Independent support of debtor management including maintenance, monitoring and reconciliation of debtor accounts
• Carrying out account clarifications and processing differences
• Creation and posting, accruals and correction postings
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Support in the creation of evaluations and reports
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and the continuous optimization of financial processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on financial accounting, accounting or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in the areas of debtor management, accounts receivable accounting or financial accounting
• Good knowledge of booking incoming and outgoing payments as well as account reconciliation
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong affinity for numbers as well as a high level of accuracy and reliability
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
