About your tasks

Transaction Processing & Communication: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices. This includes proactively communicating with customers about transactions, managing late payments, and processing credits to resolve accounts.

Receivables management / debt collection: Monitoring and collecting overdue receivables with the aim of minimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). This includes written and telephone communication with debtors about outstanding invoices as well as coordination with debt collection service providers if necessary.

• Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, E-Payments, Accounts Payable, IT and ERP to optimize accounting processes.
• Account clarification & payment management: Carrying out account clarifications, processing open items and the careful maintenance and management of customer payment information.
• Payments: deciding on payment deferrals, processing credit notes and validating receivables as part of accounting audits.

About you

• The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and confident in dealing with discrepancies in accounts. You like to research and always appear friendly and service-oriented towards customers.
• Professional experience in accounts receivable with a sound understanding of B2B and B2C financial processes in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• High technical affinity and confident handling of financial and accounting systems.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
