Responsibilities

• Independent checking and processing of supplier invoices including comparison with orders, goods receipts and contractual agreements.
• Analysis and clarification of invoice discrepancies in close collaboration with Procurement, Warehouse & other stakeholders.
• Contact person for internal and external questions on Account Payable topics and maintaining professional supplier relationships.
• Maintenance and updating of supplier master data including bank details in compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor and reconcile supplier accounts to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Requirements

• A strong affinity for numbers and a structured, precise way of working.
• Relevant work experience in a similar role in accounting or finance, ideally in Accounts Payable.
• Completed commercial or finance-related training or several years of practical experience in finance.
• Very good knowledge of English; Knowledge of German is an advantage.
