Role Summary

As an Account Manager Limburg and Brabant at Securitas you are responsible for building and maintaining strong, sustainable customer relationships. You focus on profitable growth and optimal customer satisfaction within your single-branch and/or multi-service customers. A turnover guideline of 9 to 10 million euros applies to this role.

You achieve your goals by actively focusing on retention, cross- and upselling, and through an advisory sales approach. Your customer portfolio mainly consists of a mix of all sectors, logistics / petrochemicals / pharmaceuticals / retail, so that no day is the same.

You are also busy with

• The commercial development of the customer contract in your portfolio
• Budgeting, indexing, analysis and reporting of customers at a national level
• Conducting commercial consultations
• Creating and securing a commercial account plan
• Generating new business

You don't do this alone. You work together with others, such as the Branch Managers, colleagues at Solutions, our Technology branch. Relationship management is also an important aspect of your work. You represent Securitas to these clients and external suppliers and proactively ensure that problems with them are prevented or resolved as adequately as possible. You are also busy building and maintaining network relationships in your region.

Requirements

• HBO working and thinking level.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing commercial processes.
• Mastery of commercial and consultancy skills.
• Driven entrepreneur, shows leadership, is solution and service oriented.
• Responsible for achieving ambitious sales goals.
• Creates initiatives to optimize the quality of the services provided.
• Team player in achieving set goals together.
• Creates optimal cooperation with counterparts and acts as an expert.
