Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic Industry Account Manager (3(+) years of experience) who will further expand existing customers and win new customers in the Utilities domain. You represent secondment, projects and digital solutions. You work closely with an experienced Account Director (coaching, deal strategy, personal growth) and a sourcing specialist (fast, complete offers).
What are you going to do?
Expanding existing customer relationships within Utilities.
Acquiring new customers within the same sectors.
Representing our services: secondment, project delivery and digital solutions.
Preparing and following up on customer conversations, quotations and tenders.
Quickly mastering substantive themes, market dynamics and customer challenges.
Collaborate with consultants, recruiters, delivery leads and your sales team
Monitoring and taking advantage of commercial opportunities in the market.

- Listening before selling: you ask the right questions, build empathy and make the real problem explicit;
- Stakeholder mapping and alignment: you navigate smoothly between purchasing, business and IT and create support;
- Storytelling: you link customer ambitions to concrete results and tell this clearly and convincingly;
- Co-creation: you facilitate sessions in which we arrive at workable solutions together with the customer;
- Long-term relationships: you deliver what you promise, communicate proactively and build trust;
Professional integrity: you act ethically, carefully and with respect for everyone's perspective.
Requirements
- WO master's degree (e.g. business administration or similar), preferably completed nominally;
- 3(+) years of work experience, affinity with IT is an advantage;
- Organizational sensitivity and a sharp commercial antenna;
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
- Not afraid to call; experience with commercial secondment companies is a plus;
- Enormous drive, eagerness to learn and ownership; available full-time and flexible working attitude;
Excellent command of Dutch and a good basis in English.
