Accounting Technician / Accountant (m/f/x)

Role Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Technician / Accountant for our finance team to integrate projects that support business growth and drive the organization's performance.

Good knowledge in the areas of

• General and Analytical Accounting;
• Salary processing;
• Accounting Standardization System, especially the NCRF system;
• Tax framework, namely VAT, IRC, EBF, CSC;
• Accruals and deferrals;
• Asset management;
• Reconciliation of accounts (bank and third parties);

Good practices in accounting and reporting processes.

Other knowledge

Mastery of office tools;

Knowledge of Primavera software will be valued;

Knowledge of English, written and spoken, will be valued.

Responsibilities

Its functions

• Properly treat the accounting and tax information of Eurofins companies in Portugal;
• Ensure related processes and respective communicative and declaratory obligations;
• Complete and deliver reporting statements to the competent authorities;
• Close monthly and annual accounts;

Prepare financial statements and tax declarations, following Portuguese SNC regulations.

Requirements

• To join this opportunity, we are looking for the following profile:
• Training in the area of Accounting and/or Finance;
• Minimum previous professional experience of 3 years, in similar functions (accounting, tax returns, among others);
