Accommodation Administrator | FIFO | 14:7 | Western Australia (Various Sites)

Role Summary

• Full-time and Casual Opportunities Available
• Full-time positions require ability to commit to a consistent two weeks on, one week off roster
• Casual roles require flexibility and reliability to work across changing swings and rosters, with opportunity to visit different sites
• Help create a home away from home

Our Administrators are team players. They have a can-do attitude and always remain focused on service delivery. You are the face of our remote sites team. You’ll contribute extensively to the effective day to day operations and provide a service for customers, ensuring that each experience is as close to that feeling of being in a home away from home.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include

• Welcoming and assisting all visitors and residents at site
• Checking in and out our residents
• Compiling reports for various stakeholders
• Assisting with building maintenance requests
• Managing the front desk reception and the kiosk
• Performing general reception duties, as well as managing any resident requests

Requirements

To be successful, you’ll need

• Previous administration experience within a customer service role
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite with competency in Excel
• Experience with INX Inflight software system (desirable)
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had previous experience in administration and are proficient in Excel. Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home).
