8-week internship - Health, safety, environment assistant

Role Summary

We are currently looking for a Health, Safety and Environment Assistant intern for an 8-week internship, based at our Maxéville site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to health/safety/environment issues, in particular by participating in risk analysis and root cause analyzes and proposing appropriate solutions
• Ensure monitoring of laboratory action plans
• Carry out improvements/updates to the DUERP
• Ensure monitoring of laboratory action plans
• Monitor and update the HSE dashboard (monitoring indicators, newsletters, safety flashes, RSD, etc.)
• Carry out the SSE reception of new arrivals
• Ensure stocks of necessary PPE and safety equipment
• Carry out job audits
• Ensure the verification of safety equipment present on site (safety showers, medicine cabinets, spill kits, defibrillators)
• Participate in the preparation and smooth running of internal audits, certification and accreditation audits
• Ensure field HSE animation to support local Managers in the development of the HSE culture of employees (talks, job audits, emergency exercises, etc.)
• Ensure internal and external documentary monitoring: maintenance of HSE documentation and management of the documentary review
• Updating notices at the post

Requirements

• You are currently training Bac +2 to Bac +4 in the field of Health / Safety / Environment
• You demonstrate good listening skills, good organizational skills, time management and priorities
• IT (required): mastery of the office pack
