As an AI Automation Developer, you will be at the forefront of transforming the Verification and Validation (V&V) process. The primary mission will be to design, develop and implement AI-powered end-to-end (E2E) automation solutions that reduce manual intervention.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML models to automate complex test scenarios, including synthetic data generation, automated test case creation, and intelligent defect analysis.
• Integrate automation tools with AI into pipelines.
• Monitor the performance of AI models in production, ensuring they maintain their accuracy and scaling them to different programs.
• Use AI to validate code as it is written, rather than waiting for a full build.

Requirements

• Software Engineering, Computer Systems, Artificial Intelligence or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Python (the industry standard for AI/Automation).
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as PyTest, Selenium or Appium, and version control using GitHub/GitLab.
• Ability to handle large data sets, perform data cleaning, and implement ETL processes to train AI models.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Tekton or GitHub Actions).
• 3-5 years of experience in software automation or AI development, with a proven track record of improving process efficiency.
