Our Hoosier location at Plymouth, IN is seeking Production Operators, Mixing Technicians, and Final Finish Operators to join our team!

THE ENVIRONMENT

  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as protective footwear. This also includes safety glasses and hearing protection for certain departments.
  • We have positions available in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environment (where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.)
  • The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Measuring material length, width, and quality to ensure our product meets customer specifications.
  • Read specifications, use hand tools, and gauging devices to monitor current and ongoing product quality.
  • Reacting quickly to equipment downtime or other extraordinary condition, and notifying team lead whenever such conditions occur.
  • Keeping work areas neat, clean, and orderly in order to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptly and accurately obtain quality and quantity production.
  • Follow all plant Safety and environmental policies.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Ability to follow instructions written in standard English.
  • Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, climb, squat, crawl, reach and twist frequently.
  • Ability to lift 20-75 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
