Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Handle requests from users in the field
• Qualify, analyze, resolve incidents and classify their causes/roots with the most autonomy
• Transfer incidents to remote support if you do not have the capacity to resolve them
• Monitor the progress of incidents
• Capitalize on the handling of incidents encountered
• Communicate about incidents encountered
• Participate in weekly and monthly monitoring and progress points
• Ensure compliance with performance indicators
• Support customer teams during their skills development

Requirements

Let's talk about you

• With a good knowledge of PLM applications such as 3DEXPERIENCE or an equivalent 3D tool, have you already taken part in technical and/or functional support projects?
• Do you have a spirit of synthesis, editorial quality, do you demonstrate pedagogy?
• Strong in proposing, you have interpersonal skills & have good communication skills and you know how to work in a team?
• Are you a good listener and know how to distinguish/understand customer needs?
• Your sense of responsibility and quality of service, as well as your ability to meet deadlines and make decisions will be your assets.
• Have you already worked in a Naval context and/or have schematic skills?
• With higher education, Bac +2 to Bac +5, do you have at least two years of experience on similar missions?
