Role Summary
Design and integration of e-Learning modules
Develop interactive and dynamic modules using Articulate Storyline, respecting educational and technical specifications.
Integrate multimedia content (texts, images, videos, animations, quizzes) to make learning paths engaging.
Adapt modules to SCORM/xAPI standards for optimal compatibility with LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.
Testing and optimization
Carry out functional and technical tests to guarantee the quality of the modules (browser compatibility, responsive design, accessibility).
Correct bugs and make adjustments based on user feedback or content developments.
Document onboarding processes and train teams in the use of Storyline tools if necessary.
Technology monitoring
Stay informed of new features of Articulate Storyline and trends in digital learning (microlearning, gamification, virtual reality, etc.).
Propose innovations to enrich the training offer (e.g. integration of interactive videos, connected scenarios, etc.).
Technical know-how
Mastery required: Articulate Storyline (recent versions), Articulate Rise (a plus).
Responsibilities
Collaboration with teaching teams
- Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers and business experts to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in content reviews and suggest improvements to optimize the user experience.
- Ensure the graphic and ergonomic consistency of the modules with the visual charter of the company or client.
Requirements
Additional skills
- Knowledge of e-Learning standards (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, AICC).
- Experience with other authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.) or video/audio editing software (a plus).
- Notions of graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ergonomics (UI/UX).
- Ability to use LMS (Moodle, Cornerstone, 360Learning, etc.).
- Languages: Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript for advanced customizations.

- Rigor and attention to detail to guarantee error-free deliverables.
- Creativity and sense of innovation to offer interactive educational solutions.
- Autonomy and ability to manage several projects in parallel.
- Team spirit and ability to communicate clearly with non-technical profiles.
