Role Summary

We are looking for a Design and Release Engineer (Audio) to join our team.

The Design and Release Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing the development of radio and Infotainment systems in the automotive sector. This involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical problems, communicate with suppliers and ensure the successful implementation of technological solutions.

Activities

1. Design and Development of Audio Components

Design and validate components such as amplifiers (amps), speakers (speakers) and associated wiring.

1. Component Release Management (Release)
2. Technical Documentation

Prepare and review

DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

DVP&R (Design Verification Plan and Report).

BOMs (Bills of Materials) and technical specifications.

1. Collaboration with Suppliers
2. Manufacturing and Quality Support
3. Systems Integration

Infotainment systems (radio, screens, connectivity).

Vehicular networks (CAN/LIN, Bluetooth, USB).

1. Testing and Validation
2. Post-Launch Support
3. Meetings and Reports

Requirements

• 1.Apple CarPlay/Android Auto
• Knowledge of integration with audio systems.

1. Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Whys)
2. CAE/CFD simulation (for thermal dissipation in amps)
3. Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum)
4. Plastic injection processes (audio casings)
5. Automotive regulations (EMC, NVH)
