Technical project management for customer projects (JOEM)
Project team leading (technical side)
- Implementation of requirements management (customer specifications, platform specifications) into products, development schedule management
- Technical negotiation (customer/in-house)

- Experience in product development and technical negotiations with OEMs
- Product design development/evaluation experience
- Ability to conduct technical negotiations in Japanese
- Ability to conduct technical negotiations in English (TOEIC > 700)
- Basic knowledge about two-wheeled vehicles
- Functional safety (ISO26262) knowledge, development experience (desirable)
- Fail-safe system self-diagnosis function knowledge, development experience (desirable)
- Security function knowledge, development experience (desirable)
- Regular car and motorcycle driving license (preferable)
