We are looking for engineers who want to contribute to the realization of a society where riders can ride motorcycles safely.

• ・Compatibility engineer for motorcycle safety products (ABS, Radar, etc.)
• ・Performance evaluation in actual vehicle
• ・Development and implementation of compliance plan for actual vehicle compliance
• ・Technical consultation with customers regarding compliance and testing
• ・Joint testing with customers

• ・Contributing to improving the performance of safety functions from the end user's perspective

Since your main job will be vehicle testing at the proving ground, you may be traveling for about half of your working day, depending on the project situation.

• qualification
• [Required experience/skills]
• ・Motorcycle license
• ・Ordinary driving license
• ・Customer support ability in Japanese (estimate: JLPT N2 or above)
• [Desirable experience/skills to have]
• ・Experience in actual vehicle compatibility and actual vehicle testing (even 4-wheel vehicles are possible)
• ・Basic knowledge about motorcycles
• ・Communication ability in English with related internal departments (estimate: TOEIC 500 or higher)
• [Frequency of English usage]

・Communicate in English on a daily basis with related departments within the company.
