Role Summary

Carry out in-person labor audits in the field.

Review and verify compliance with labor and pension obligations of collaborating companies.

Audit documentation of companies and workers in accordance with established requirements.

Verify records of active personnel and attendance control.

Review auxiliary remuneration books, pension contribution sheets and labor certificates.

Review documentation related to remuneration, contracts, settlements and work hours.

Verify background information associated with security and compliance with legal requirements when applicable.

Identify non-compliance, observations and gaps detected during audits.

Record and support the results of the audits carried out.

Prepare information and background information for service management reports.

Maintain coordination with the teams involved in labor control processes.

Comply with established procedures, current labor regulations and audit scheduling.

Requirements

  • Business Administration Engineer, Industrial Civil Engineer, Auditor Accountant or related career.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in labor audits and/or Human Resources.
  • Experience in audits of legal requirements.
  • Experience in reviewing labor and pension documentation.
  • Experience in reviewing contracts, remunerations, assistance, contributions and settlements.
  • Knowledge of current labor and pension legislation.
  • Ability to analyze and review documents.
  • Ability to identify non-compliance and generate observations.
  • Availability to carry out in-person audits on the ground.
  • Ability to prepare records and reports associated with audits.
  • Guidance on compliance with procedures, deadlines and service requirements.
