Role Summary

Comprehensively manage and coordinate the execution of labor control and audit services.

Coordinate and supervise the activities of the work team, ensuring compliance with established programs and deadlines.

Manage the relationship and communication with clients and collaborating companies.

Coordinate the review and control processes of labor, pension and tax documentation.

Supervise the execution of in-person labor audits and compliance with established procedures.

Manage the information generated during the control and audit processes.

Review and supervise the preparation of monthly management reports and reports.

Follow up on observations, non-compliance and corrective actions detected during the reviews.

Ensure the correct updating and management of information on the platforms used for the service.

Coordinate the necessary resources for the correct execution of activities.

Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and internal procedures.

Timely manage requirements and contingencies associated with the execution of the service.

Requirements

  • Business Administration Engineer, Industrial Civil Engineer, Lawyer, Auditor Accountant or related career.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in labor control and labor audits.
  • Experience in administration and coordination of labor control services.
  • Experience in review and management of labor, pension and tax documentation.
  • Experience in labor audits and review of legal requirements.
  • Knowledge of current labor legislation and applicable regulations.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing reports and reportability.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead work teams.
  • Ability to analyze, organize and manage documents.
  • Orientation to meeting deadlines and client requirements.
