Role Summary
Workplace: Antofagasta Region, with site support activities and information management associated with the Plant, Mine and Salar de Ascotán areas.
Compile, validate and consolidate the information generated by environmental monitoring activities.
Manage and keep the service databases updated, ensuring their integrity, traceability and backup.
Prepare environmental monitoring reports, technical reports and documentation required for compliance with monitoring programs.
Analyze and interpret environmental data, identifying trends, deviations and opportunities for improvement.
Manage the entry and update of information on platforms and systems defined for the service.
Verify the consistency and quality of the results from laboratory monitoring and analysis.
Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, quarterly and annual reports.
Ensure compliance with the delivery deadlines for information and reports established for the service.
Maintain historical records and backups of the environmental information generated.
Coordinate the document management associated with the contract, guaranteeing the availability and traceability of the technical background.
Requirements
- We are looking to incorporate a Quality Analyst for the management, control and analysis of information associated with environmental monitoring.
- Higher level technician or professional in Chemistry, Environment or related field.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in analysis, management and control of technical or environmental information.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams).
- Knowledge of applicable environmental legislation and regulations.
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and monitoring reports.
- Experience in document management, validation and quality control of information.
- Ability to manage databases and ensure traceability of records.
- Class B driver's license with at least 1 year old.
- Proactive, analytical, responsible person oriented to meeting deadlines and quality of information.
