Role Summary

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and «all-things-digital» solutions, is looking for an Incident Editorial Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Join oureditorial team and work on real-time traffic incident editing for a global mapping platform.

No prior experience required — we provide full Training . It’s a great way to start your career in IT and gain experience on international projects.

This is a part-time , full-time, remote role . You’ll work with English-language data, applying clear rules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, collect, verify, and update live incident data in assigned regions.
• Use multiple real-time sources.
• Validate and cross-check information to ensure reliability.
• Update incidents as conditions change (e.g., lanes reopened, cleared).
• Record key details such as cause, effect, location, and direction.
• Clear incidents once resolved and confirmed by reliable sources.
• Communicate with team members and shift supervisors to clarify data or report issues.
• Training Provided.

Requirements

• B1+ level English proficiency.
• High attention to detail , especially under time pressure.
• Confident working with multiple tabs/windows , fast typing.
• Punctual, focused, and reliable — essential for work.
• With ability to work fixed shift.
• A laptop and two monitors are provided by Intetics for work at the position.
• You should have a generator and/or inverter + rechargeable battery, as well as stable internet connection. ( important , this must be )
