Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Junior Administrator to provide functional and operational support on the Salesforce platform, contributing to the stability and evolution of CRM solutions within the automotive ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Registration and cancellation of users, management of roles, profiles and permissions.
• Configuration of fields, simple flows, layouts and business rules.
• Top-level functional support for end users.
• Creation of custom reports and dashboards.
• Documentation of configurations made and solutions applied.
• Participation in training and support to the functional team.
• Collaboration in agile environments to deliver requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or engineering in Systems, IT or similar (in progress or completed).
• 0 to 2 years of experience managing Salesforce.
• Knowledge of basic configuration: fields, layouts, flows, dashboards.
• Management of roles, profiles and permissions.
• Basic knowledge of security in Salesforce (OWD, sharing rules).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Superbadges in Trailhead (Security, Reports, User Access).
• Use of tools such as Data Loader, Jira or Confluence.
• Intermediate level of technical English.
