Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business lines: intake/kickoff, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder alignment, offer, and closing. 2. Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and selection criteria. 3. Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, events) to engage both active and passive talent. 4. Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles; conduct market mapping and share competitive intelligence. 5. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, structured assessment, and consistent feedback loops. 6. Track and interpret recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, quality of hire, diversity metrics) and translate insights into action. Your skills

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments; proven success engaging passive candidates and filling niche/senior roles.
• Thrive in ambiguous situations; resilient in the face of change; and easily adapt to new situations.
• Client oriented with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable setting expectations and driving alignment. Nice to have
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate advocacy skills; high integrity and confidentiality.
• Data-driven approach; proficient in building reports and using insights to improve decision-making.
• Knowledge of structured interviewing, competency frameworks, diversity hiring practices, and relevant employment law.
• Expertise with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
