You either hold a related Company Secretarial / Corporate Governance qualification or would be keen to study one with our financial support.
- You have a great command of English and knowledge of other languages would be a plus. Job responsibilities Leadership Responsibilities:
- Support the mentoring of junior members of the team of corporate secretaries and dedicated minute takers to deliver top-tier, responsive and quality focused company secretarial services commensurate with ONE's corporate culture and product offering.
- Assist the Governance Officer (Manager) to manage a portfolio of boards and clients as the lead relationship manager, responsible for overseeing the delivery of services.
- Assist with tracking events for invoicing purposes and assist with the invoicing process through to collection of fees.
- Assist with the client on-boarding and review process. Operational Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver Company Secretarial and Domiciliation Support Services in a team environment on a timely basis consistent with client commitments/SLAs.
- Core responsibilities include: o Acting as a key point of contact with clients, boards, administrators, regulators, counsel and other third parties. o Support clients and boards with best corporate governance practice. o Organise and attend Board, Shareholder and Committee meetings for a varied portfolio of clients. o Take and/or review meeting minutes and resolutions. o Facilitate and project manage transactions. o Travel to board meetings (within Luxembourg). o Support company incorporations. o Prepare and submit filings with the regulator and Luxembourg Business Registers. o Maintain corporate records and statutory registers. o Presenting a professional image in line with our company culture: enthusiastic, upbeat and engaging Job benefits
