What if it was you? Your mission: Our Deals (Financial Due Diligence) team supports corporates, private equity houses and financial institutions throughout the transaction lifecycle by providing independent financial insights on buy- and sell-side transactions. You will work within multidisciplinary and international teams on cross-border deals, helping clients understand historical performance, key risks, and value drivers to support informed investment decisions. As a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence, you will take ownership of core workstreams across transactions, working closely with Managers and Directors to deliver high-quality, insight-driven analyses and reports. You will also coordinate junior team members and contribute to client interactions and deliverable preparation. Depending on business needs, you may also have opportunities to contribute to broader Deals projects, including M&A advisory and Valuations assignments. Be a part of our team where you will:
- Lead day-to-day execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on Luxembourg and cross-border transactions;
- Analyze historical and forecast financial performance, including quality of earnings, revenue analysis, margin drivers, net working capital, net debt and cash flow sustainability;
- Perform detailed data analytics and financial reconciliations using large datasets extracted from client systems and data rooms;
- Identify key transaction risks, accounting considerations and potential deal adjustments, and articulate their impact on valuation and SPA mechanisms;
- Prepare clear and concise due diligence reports, executive summaries, dashboards and client presentations highlighting findings and actionable insights;
- Coordinate information requests, manage interactions with management teams and maintain structured communication with other advisors (Tax, Legal, Regulatory, IT, HR, etc.);
- Support discussions on deal structuring topics such as NWC targets, net debt definitions, earn-out mechanisms and SPA financial clauses;
- Coach and review work performed by Associates and Interns, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery;

- Have 3–5+ years of experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence, Audit with strong deal exposure, or Corporate Finance;
- Possess a strong understanding of financial accounting (IFRS, LUX GAAP) and the key drivers of financial performance;
- Demonstrate advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, practical deal insights;
- Are comfortable interacting with client management teams and presenting findings to senior stakeholders;
- Show strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced deal environments;
- Are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is a strong asset;
- Are fluent in English, with French, Luxembourgish and/or German considered strong advantages; any additional language relevant to the Luxembourg market is a plus;
