Automation opportunity analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, qualify, and structure automation opportunities, including defining delivery roadmaps and success criteria. 2. Process analysis and documentation: Produce clear and detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process models and documentation, aligned with BPMN standards and automation best practices. 3. Solution design and build: Design and implement automation solutions using the UiPath platform, including RPA workflows and agentic components, following development and governance standards. 4. Lifecycle management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of automated processes, from initial intake and design through build, deployment, operation, optimization, and retirement. 5. Testing and quality assurance: Plan and execute unit tests, non-regression tests and UAT to ensure solution reliability and maintainability. 6. Production support and continuous improvement: Provide hypercare and operational support for production robots, analyze incidents or performance gaps, and implement continuous improvements. 7.
