Possibility of part-time work Work tasks: Primary Accountabilities Estate Presentation and Maintenance Support
- Support the ongoing presentation, cleanliness and upkeep of the estate, buildings and external areas.
- Clean external windows on designated days between retreat periods to ensure the property is maintained to Eha standards.
- Safely operate pressure washing and cleaning equipment as required.
- Support with maintenance activities as requested.
- Assist with grounds maintenance and seasonal property care activities as requested.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns or areas requiring attention.
- Support the preparation and presentation of exterior guest spaces before, during and after retreats. Equipment, Vehicle and Facility Care
- Clean and maintain retreat equipment, guest amenities and operational supplies.
- Assist with vehicle washing, cleaning and presentation.
- Support the washing, cleaning and presentation of retreat vehicles.-le
- Support the preparation and cleaning of guest and operational spaces.
- Ensure tools, equipment and supplies are stored safely and maintained in good condition.
- Assist in maintaining outdoor furniture, guest amenities and shared retreat spaces to Eha standards. Housekeeping and Operational Support
- Support the housekeeping team during retreat changeovers and busy periods.
- Assist with room preparation and housekeeping requirements as needed.
- Assist with laundry transfers and operational logistics across the property.
- Contribute to retreat setup, pack-down and preparation activities.
- Support the smooth operation of daily retreat activities through practical assistance where required. Guest Arrival and Departure Support
- Assist with guest luggage during arrivals and departures.
- Support the hosting team in ensuring guests experience a warm and seamless arrival and departure process.
- Maintain a professional, friendly and helpful presence when interacting with guests.
- Assist with operational support during guest arrivals, departures and special events as required. Team Contribution and Culture

Other requirements: Required Experience and Attributes
- Experience in high-level cleaning, facilities support, hospitality operations, housekeeping or a similar practical role.
- Confidence using pressure washing equipment, cleaning tools and basic maintenance equipment.
- Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual tasks safely, including lifting, carrying, ladder work and extended periods outdoors.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- Reliable, adaptable and willing to assist across multiple areas of the retreat.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred.
