Description: DATE: 06/2026 REF: Ref 175-1 JOB TITLE: Relationship Manager French/German speaking (m/f) LOCATION: Luxembourg Our client, a prominent player in the road transport and logistics sector in Luxembourg, is looking for a Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate is experienced in customer relationship management and B2B sales, and will be contributing to day-to-day commercial activities, with a focus on managing and growing a portfolio of clients in freight consolidation. Responsabilities:
- Manage the commercial relation with clients in line with the Freight Consolidation, Distribution and Special Transport department;
- Maintain and grow the existing client portfolio while prospecting new clients;
- Carry out detailed analyses of clients needs (freight flows, volumes, specific requirements);
- Draft proposals and commercial offers;
- Participate in commercial negotiations;
- Write specifications and tender documents;
- Manage request for quotation through to contract signature;
- Be the ambassador of the company within the sales network; Profile:
- At least 3 years' experience in a commercial role;
- Excellent knowledge of the transport or logistics sector;
- Knowledge of Freight Consolidation and parcel delivery practices, as well as the Luxemburgish market is an asset;
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills are essential;
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn are highly valued;
- Initiative and a proactive approach are a strong plus;
- Fluent German and French required;
- Knowledge of English and Luxemburgish is an asset.
